I've only seen the entire hub. Here is a source:

There are 2 or 3 sets for auction on ebay right now. Just go to ebay motors and search under the parts template for 4runner, 1984 to 1989.

There is not much to rebuilding these. A rubber O ring and a paper gasket. Just make sure to not lose the small spring and the steel ball when you take them apart.
I got both o ring and paper gasket from a local toy dealer. They are pretty easy to rebuild. Dip them in a parts cleaner, paint the outside again if you want, clean them up and grease the inside up again. Don't use to thick of a grease or it will stick when it's really cold outside and you switch them to lock.

little ball bearing (in Aisin hub)
The little ball bearing in the Lock/Free selector of the Aisin manual hub is obtainable. I inadvertently lost those little balls when I was disassembling my hubs. I found replacement ball bearings at a bicycle shop. Bicycle shops use different size ball bearings for the headset race/bearings and manually drop in the little ball bearings. I brought the selector part from my hub, with the spring in it, to the shop and had them find the best fitting ball bearing ... it was 11 cents per ball, 22 cents for two! I have NEVER purchased a part for my 4R so cheaply! : ) So, no need to worry if you lose that little ball.

The gaskets are available from Toyota dealers. If your dealer is like mine I'd order them online from a discount dealer. My local dealer stocks very few parts.
