Many new parts and still no start ;(

Ok I have put in a new set of spark pug wires, spark plugs, and crank position sensor. Checked all connectors and all seems in place. I have fuel, because I crushed some injector O-rings and fuel started leaking. Fixed that, and truck still cranks and no start. Timing is on point also. should I replace the cam position sensor? Anyone have any leads for me, I need some kind of guide.

Any more info on the vehicle you are working on would be good. If it is an older truck and you have fuel and no fire it can be the igniter. they are not cheap but have been known to shut more than a few trucks down.

Have you tried firing it on starting fluid to help eliminate the fuel as the issue. If you are fuel injected perhaps your fuel pressure is too low.

Do you have spark? Just because you replaced a few things doesn't mean you have spark. I use a spark tester. Cost less than $10.
