Mass Air Flow cleaning and starter tutorial?

Hi, I search and couldn't find a tutorial on where to find the MAF and how to remove it safely to clean it. Also I can't seem to find the starter instructions as well. Is there a thread about it? Any help would be grateful since I'm beginning to maintain my car instead of having someone fix it and cost lots of money as well.

Thank you, someone also has pm me a video and the FJ cruiser has almost the same layout engine as the 4runner. Now I can get to cleaning and etc.
