Master cylinder and spare carrier fs in NJ

Ok cleaning out some stuff. I have 2 good used master cylinders. Bought for my 2002 . Not sure if they work for all 3rd gen 50.00 each
Custom hitch mounted spare carrier by Detours fab. It was custom for 3rd gen. Swings to side for hatch ,mounts to 2" hitch and designed to not rattle and stay tight in receiver125.00
Also have 15" steel wheel Powdercoated black with like new General grabber
255/70/15 75.00

Would that tire carrier fit on an 03? I love the GB at2 I just got a set for my 4Runner
