Update time!!!
Needed to cut and re-weld the rear bumper. The tires were hitting the bumper pretty good when flexing. Took off about 3/4 of an inch.
Once getting the rear long travel dialled in I hit a local trail. It was definitely one of the hardest trails Ive been on. It showed me a lot of weak spots I needed to work out on the truck. Some of which I believe were my fault. I bent both my tie rods, broke 3 tire beads, bent my slider, my cv boot clamp fell of my drivers side CV, friends broke my bumper hoop with my high lift, flattened the cam tabs and cracked a rim.
I believe my tie rods bent because I didn't tighten the adjustment bolts once the straps stretched out. Wont make that error again!
My twin compressor was a life saver. I was able to inflate the tire back up and popped the bead back on. Popped the bead once going up this part and twice doing back down. I was pretty surprised with how easy it was to get the tire back on. I need to rethink my tire/rim choice.
I didn't get as many photos as I would of liked, but I did get some videos I can post up later.
Some photos of the damaged/repairs.
Should have done these at the same time as the LCAs.
It was pretty sad to see my new shocks beat up so fast. So I came up with a solution.
Made from 3/16 steel.
Here are some flex shots... needed to make sure the shock guards wouldn't be making any contact with something they'er not suppose to.
