I tried to search for this but couldn't find a specific answer.
I am looking at mounting options for a couple maxtrax on my slimline II rack. Looking at pictures it appears that the recovery boards gets really close to overhanging the actual rack. My concern is that this would block a storage box that is positioned all the way at the edge of the rack. I know that the side mounts are adjustable but it looks like it will get close to hitting the side of the SUV if you try to place the boards vertical.
Any experience with this?
