MAY have to sell the runner. Whats it worth?

I highly doubt I will have to but there is a small possibility so I figured I would do a little price fishing ahead of time just in case.

Base info:

96 sr5 Auto
Evergreen pearl
E-locker
Power everything.
Sunroof
Cold AC
217,000 miles (just turned a day or 2 ago)
No body damage except 1 dime sized dent in drivers door.
Great paint (very shiny)
Great interior with the exception of some stains in the cargo area and the typical bolster wear and tear on the drivers seat.
NO RUST. The only rust is on the gas tank skid and it very minor surface rust.

Extras:

1st gen TRD supercharger (unknown miles but pulls hard and sounds great)(I did do an oil and coupler change when I got it)
TRD cat back exhaust
B&M tranny cooler
17" Tundra split 5 spoke rims
265/70/17" Toyo MT's with about 40% left (also have stock wheels with worn tires)
Pioneer Premier in dash dvd, gps, usb, ipod etc.
JBL speakers all around with kicker amp and kenwood sub
Autometer boost and egt gauges (need installed. boost gauge is just sitting on dash hooked up)
Large stack of service records from previous owner (i do all work myself but have some receipts)

ALL FLUIDS replaced with Amsoil full synthetic including 16 quart tranny drain and refill, diffs, transfercase, power steering fluid, brake fluid etc.
I have only run amsoil full synthetic for oil since I bought it with 197,000 miles. No leaks.

Truck runs great, no odd noises or rattles. I will be honest, I have taken it off road but never beat on it.

So... Ideas on price?

EDIT: Pic as it sits outside this morning. It is dirty but we are still having snow/rain storms so I havent washed it recently.

Value can vary widely depending on where you are. West/SW = +$ East/NE/N = -$

This one is kind of tough. I hope you don't have to sell it because I'm guessing you have far more into it that what it would get you back right now. When I see these for sale, the S/C doesn't seem to do much for the value. (which surprises me a lot.)

Basically you have a very clean truck with a few cool mods. My guess is it would fetch around $6000 or so. And honestly I hope you don't sell it for that, rather see you keep it.

My buddy just bought a '99 the other day that is almost just like yours except lifted, bigger tires, limited, 170K miles, busted front bumper and dash for $4000 so $6K isn't all that far off I suppose.

Friend and fellow member KeithStone just bought a 96 Limited e-locker with 211k miles for $3200 in Texas it's while life with zero rusty. Myself and two other mechanics checked out over and found no issues. The interior is immaculate. Exterior had dented rear bumper (we painted my bumper that I no longer needed and put it on there) and it was missing the fender flare from the passengers side front bumper.
Basically his it's a Limited and yours has a 1st gen supercharger. Maybe a wash, but there is that info FWIW.

Like others have said, pricing is tough. I think you are in Utah, but not sure. I'd say i around 6-7.5k would be my range. It has a s/c, TRD exhaust and some other tasteful mods that will help with the sale. The 217k will turn away some people, especially with the s/c. It looks clean though and should sell in that range granted you have a good market like the Bay Area. I'd also make a note to point out that the s/c has only been on for the last 5k or so.
