due to a minor front end incident, i may need to replace one of my headlights. both are original (2007), and are foggy. i believe OE are about $250 each. what high quality yet affordable alternatives have people had good success with?

You can bring your foggy one back to like new with Sylvania Headlight restoration kit. I did my '03 this week and they look like new! Got kit off ebay for $22 delivered and takes about hour/hour and a half following directions.
Then a 4-6 hour curing time.

I got these off Amazon with LED halo a couple of years ago and they are working very well with zero moisture inside. You do have to do some wire splicing to attach halo wires to turn signal blinker, which they show you how to do. The price was also right, and it hasn't gone up. I also laminated them using Xpel film to prevent surface oxidation and they look new to this day.
