I read about anti-trust a good bit. I think the people that have been appointed to FTC and DOJ recently are going to go after monopolies and mergers quite a bit. At least I hope.
It seems to be bipartisan agreement that the laissez faire take on trust and monopolies of the past 40 years or so has not benefited the populace.
There's a great newsletter I can recommend if you're interested. I don't believe it has a political slant - he seems to criticize everyone pretty equally.
