MD state inspection fails

ok.. so as I said before I am new to toyota so this is going to be my next challenge. I guess these are the things that failed inspection.. tire tread.. I knew I was going to need new tires.. fine... Left front axle is broken.. alright.. there is some work.. then I need a new pitman arm.. dont even know what that is.. next... I need a new Idler arm.. not sure of what that is.. but I guess I will have to fix these things as well as a new front end alignment.. oh and my tires stick out like quarter of an inch so I need flairs apparently.. ...

so I guess I got some work to do cause I have no idea what this will cost me..

so I have ordered the pitman are and idler arm.. Now that I know what they are and what they do.. I hope it will be an easy fix.. does anyone live in maryland with any expertise? would love some help if you are in the area.. I am close to Baltimore in the Glen Burnie area.. any help would be great.. thank you..
and I am picking up the axle tomorrow..
