MD/WV/VA @ Peters Mill Run/Taskers Gap

Hey...I'm up in the DC(ish) area on a job for the next several months, and drove my 1st gen back up from TX. My boss, who was originally a Cruiser guy, but got sucked into the world of Jeepers...brought his rig up from GA. So here we are...wanting to go hit some trails that noobs in slightly mod'd vehicles can tackle. We found the Peters Mill Run and Taskers Gap trail in northern VA, and want to head out there in late September...a few weeks or so.

Anyone local(ish) want to meet up? Also...anyone know the trails have any advice? We both have lift and tires, but not locked or armored.

My rig isn't street legal anymore, but I drove it to work last week anyway and I got a ticket for not having a side mirror. I mention that only to say that if it was legal (it's not worth trailering it there) I'd meet up with you guys and run those trails. I did them about 3 years ago in my rig on 37s (stayed in 2wd the whole time), but I ran them back in the late '90s with just 31s. You'll be fine in whatever you're driving; a stock rig can handle the trails.

Oh, it costs like $5. There are some gas stations and other places out near the trail heads where you can pay and get your pass for the day.
