I have but i keep them on to keep the sides clean. During the summer i always keep my rides polished. its just a personal preference. i did take them off on my 96. but if i would take them off i would get a lift first.

You could take your 2wd the same places he went in the pics and get an aussie locker fir the slightly more difficult stuff

i didnt even try it in 2wd. i was alone (no other vehicles/passengers) so i was very cautious of what roads i wanted to go down and trails to take. thus the basic scenery pictures.

My next 4r will be a 4wd for sure. Have my wife keep this one.
