hey all! :hello: well finally sold 97 T4R 2wd and met....

Forest- 1998 sr5 v6 4x4 green w/ tan interior

sits stock at the moment but not for long. in the process of painting wheels black and just ordered some yokohama a/t-s geolandars that are going on monday!
just primered.

going to post some better pics with new shoes on later
future mods include deck plate mod, better sound system, lift (still deciding on which one), hids, blacked out emblems and many more...thanks for looking.

Hello Forest!

And am I alone when I say that I like the white? I think that would look good against the green.
 
It would prolly take alot to dissuade the OP from going black since his minds all made up....although, I thought I'd seen another members green truck with painted white wheels somewhere....hmmm?? oh yah.......driffter's.

never thought about the white wheels.
but yes black is what im going with since everything else is going black.
by the way wouldnt white be a tough color to stay white?

well i know i took me forever to post again but finally pics with new shoes on!!!
yokohama geolanders ats 265/75r16 great tires so far.. this tuck is my DD so very smooth ride on highway but great traction off road. highly recommend for someone in the market for tires.
since i last posted ive changed oil w/full syth., and did deckplate mod.

what i use as the deckplate. quick question-
i used this one to eliminate a leaf screen and not have to cover it with anything. i should be able to pass smog with it right? curious.

The Yokos seem to be getting a lot of good press here lately as a capable tire for many situations that won't cause the buyer to sell a kidney on the black market to afford them.

yep didnt have sell a kidney. and also got them with a 50000m warranty.
the guys from Americas tire were kool enough to install them on my black wheels that had old tires on them. and dispose them for free (there was a little mistake that why)
 
Nice! BTW, when I saw "Forrest"....I didn't think Forrest Gump......I thought of Forrest Griffin the MMA Fighter! lol!
