Anybody want to do a meet and greet next weekend? (29th-30th) Maybe get some people together or something. Just an idea, let me know what you guys think.

Yep!

I'd definitely be interested. Went to OTOCs thing last weekend. Pretty drive but not really any off roaders involved. I'd love to see us get organized enough to get the Taco/FJ/4R crowds all in one space sometime too. Start organizing some camping and overland trips.

Exactly. I was going to go to the cruise, but my rig isn't real great for just cruising that far in one day. It goes fine, but it isn't a car by any means.

I'm thinking just a meet and greet in the real near future, then start to plan some runs after we get to know everyone around. I wouldn't be opposed to going up to la dee flats for a run or something like that.

I think the town center parking lot would be perfect in the lot next to the max station (SE corner). It is almost always empty, although i think they do a carnival over there during spring break. Both SE and NW corners are good places.
I'd say the parking garage would be best because it would be covered but my runner doesn't fit into it. haha

I'd be down for this. I saw all the cars at the OTOC event as well and really wished it was more 4 wheel drive vehicles. Cars are cool but there is a reason I bought a 4runner.

Yup, that what I have my mustang for. I couldn't do that loop with the mustang even, not enough gas stations that sell NE fuels. :ybrick: ...and usually its like $5 a gallon or more.

I gotta get my 2wd pickup back up and running for a cruise like that one.

Let's make it happen!

I'm pretty easy, not real familiar with town center but as long as there is a place to go inside and have a beer or coffee I'm good. The only place I know with a tall garage is at Washington Square by Macys and that place will be a zoo this weekend.

I'm definitely doing a browns camp run the weekend of the 5th-6th if anyone wants to go. Not sure if it is going to be saturday or sunday.

Wrangler ATs and stock suspension

How tough is Browns camp? I'd be up for just checking it out to see if my rig as it currently sits can handle it. Let's nail down the meet and greet details and make that happen too.

id be up for a meet and greet if i have the time and it fits into my schedule. i probably wont been up for too much wheeling, as im limited on time ie full days before i leave, but you never know if it works out then it works out, but dont let me hold you back from going wheeling.

It has everything mild to crazy. Some trails you can get through with a subaru outback, and there are some trails that are very difficult if you don't have a buggy.
On a side note, hwy 6 closed today due a mudslide. I am supposed to drive out that way for work tomorrow morning. :roadkill:

I will text you to see if you would be available when we get something together. Hopefully you can make it out. When are you leaving?

I'm game! Just need enough of a heads up. Are we thinking sooner than the april 17th OTOC? Because I think it would be great to get ALL Toyota owners together. We definitely need a 4x group to show up to those things.

I'm out of town camping on the 5th-9th for spring break down near Bend. So, I'm out for that weekend. Going to pick up a new CVT ground tent to go with my RTT and break it in.
