Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner - Bad Smell

I suppose it cleaned OK as the vehicle is fairly new. Just about anyone's product would have done as good/better.

But the SMELL !!!!

Simply awful. I see on Amazon, bad smell reviews date back to at least 2011. Apparently Meguiar's is not at all concerned.

I just use a damp clean microfibre and wipe dry. I only use products on the seats now, and even then I was just using a damp clean microfibre and buffing dry.

I believe the manual only calls for such treatment, but some forum members are big on the leather seat conditioning/cleaning products if you have leather. As a result I purchased Lexol.

Try Surf City Garage products. I've used Black Edge and Hit The Spot for interior,they both have very light scents. Their Speed Demon exterior detailer smells good too,I can't stand how the Megs and Mothers detailers smell.
