Meow Meow - CAT questions - 2000 4runner

My 2000 3.4 V6 4Runner has a minor exhaust leak right at the flange after the 1st cat. Bolts are rusted in and look pretty nasty.'

Anyone know the OEM bolt sizes for the flange? And the gasket part #?

Also whats a good cheap cat replacement?

best bet is to get an angle grinder and just cut the rusty bolts off. then go to the hardware store and get stainless new bolts.
