i don't know man - I've purchased several items from Burtman for a couple of years now and never had a problem and whenever I call him he either picks up or calls me back.

I recently purchased the new spoiler and I received it like a week later - I was actually surprised how fast I got it.

I've just ordered a couple of other items from him because he gets cool custom items like the grille, the spoiler, door sills etc.
