Oh jeeze... Let's see....
Broke off about 35 bolts on it.
Accidentally threw a wrench at it while being cocky and flipping it around. It slipped and I tried to grab it. It flew at the truck

. No damage
Scratched the interior door panels when removing the seats because I got impatient and didn't fold the seat how I should have.
Fried my steering wheel controls and it took me 3 months to find a replacement.
Broke a tie rod end while pounding on my stuck wheel hub assembly with a 10lb sledge hammer. The ball literally just cracked. Luckily I keep 2+ spares at all times and it broke while I wasn't driving!
Cut off fender liners and now my washer bottle sticks out in plain view and it's ugly. Need to relocate that badly.
Cracked the chrome bezel on my headlight when doing the BHLM.
Forgot that the oil from the t-case shoots out pretty far so I made a huge stain on the driveway because I couldn't catch it in time.
Started working on it, disassembled the entire front end, only to find out I needed a 14mm wrench, had to put it back together, drive to the store, and then start all over again.
Lit my floor mat on fire while soldering with a torch. It was dark and I had to solder inside the truck because I was relying upon the dome light.
Broke a lot of fender clips trying to trim them to fit 33's. Now weatherstripping hangs out on the passenger side.
