Try posting one more post to get you to 15 posts, it is in the forum rules you can't sent PMs until you have 15 posts, it's to stop Spammers/Scammers from joining and trying to scam members.

I'm going to "mention" a Moderator which will notify him and get his attention to your problem and maybe he can help figure out why you can't do PMs.

When sending a PM there are options below the "Text/reply box", one of those options is..."Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder", if you don't have that option checked it will not appear in your "Sent Items"
