Congrats, red is a great color.

Newb question - what's matched factory window tint? Looks like want matching front & rear window tint but aren't the windows dyed from the factory?

Thanks! We're really loving the red! Still thinking about what to do on the tint. The shop can do a visual match to the same darkness as the factory privacy glass that's on all the windows except the front two. I'm also looking at the clear films.

We're planning on camping along the way in off road / dispersed sites, heading from San Diego to the Grand Canyon and back.

We also managed to really test the range on our way home... Computer said we had 1 mile or less worth of gas, lol.

Paid for a full tint job today. For $600, I got it fully tinted all around including the windshield and the film rejects roughly 50% heat and 99% UV.

Madicos Wincos:
Windshield: 70%
Front windows: 30%
Back windows: 45%

It's sort of tough to show the windshield with pictures. In person it's pretty subtle and not as noticeable. We added 45% on top of the factory dyed windows on the back, which I think results in about 10% visible light transfer. It should be a nice bit of privacy on nights that we wind up sleeping in the back.
