Metal Thump in Front End When Making hard Right

When turning into a spot or my driveway quickly I hear a metal thud like a snapping coil spring. My dealer tech tells me its the front end turn limit and is normal. Never hear it turning to the left though. Anyone ever hear this. Heard it quite a few times.

Dealer is correct. A bit a grease on the contacting area of the lower control arm is a noise fix (at least for a while). If you search you might find more detail.
