Method 0-offset pics needed

Hey guys,
Looking at a set of Methods to replace the stock TRDP wheels. I hear Method only have 0- offset wheels but I was curious how far the wheels stick out. I run the stock TRDP wheels with 1 and 1/4" spacers to get the look I wanted. I'm hoping the Methods will look close to what I run now. Hoping someone has pictures they can share.

I'm looking to stay with 17s. I just bought the tires I have. There's only about 1000 miles on them right now. Having not done all my research yet, I hear the Methods come in 8" wide. The 275s should not have any problems running on 8" wide.

Are they pretty much flush with the outer edge of the wheel well? Mine now with the 1 1/2" spacers are flush. I can hold a straight edge against the fender and outer wall of the tire and they'd be flush.

I have SCS Ray10s and 285's. The bulging part (not the tread that touches the road) is flush with the top of the fender (front). Since the Method's stick out less than the Ray10's (-10 vs 0 offset and 4.30 vs 4.75 backspace) and the fact that I have 285's, your tires will probably not be flush with the top of the fender. Of course much better than stock wheels and 265's though.

I had thought about going to SCS Ray 10's as well with my 275's. Currently on the Pro wheels and a 1.5" spacer. Not too worried about rubbing, just curious what it would look like and would keep me from messing with wheel spacers.

Yes, its pretty much flush. I may stick out a hair more then your current set up.

Ray10's are 8.5" wide. I toiled over Methods, Icon's, or SCS for a about 4 months and even considered KMC XD's for a while. Method, Icon, and KMC were all the same 0 offset. All were heavier than the SCS and SCS were hub centric and made specifically for Toyota's. Plus I liked the -10 offset look. So I ended up with SCS Ray10's. Super happy, no regrets. Had to remove the mudflaps and do some minor modifications to the front fender liner but no body chop needed.

Probably not, but every 4Runner I hear is different so no guarantees.

I must have missed that the SCS have a negative offset. It does look great. The Methods I'm eyeing, the bronze Roost, are 0-offset. They apparently only come in 8.5". I have some research to do though. I don't know what the weight comparison between the TRDP wheels and the Roosts look like. I assume the additional 1.5" width of material will be sizable. If there is a sizable difference, I have to consider the weight of the spacers when they come off as well.

I haven't heard anything from anyone about VTX. Has anyone had any personal experience with them?
