Method of reducing noise?

I am wondering if anyone in this forum aware of or applied this product before. I came across this from a website

www.quietcoat.com/html/products.html

It is a viscoleastic polymer coating that can be sprayed on your car such as areas under the carpets, wheel wells, engine compartment walls, trunk, etc etc. It claims that thsi stuff can reduce more noise than mats such as Dynamat....

I am thinking of getting this and trying to apply on my new 4Runner (will get it from dealership in about a month).
