Mevotech adjustable upper control arms

Was surfing Rock Auto and came across these adjustable upper control arms branded Mevotech but look identical to SPC. I added a pair to the cart, and with shipping and 5% discount the total was 418.00 to my front door. That is a pretty good price compared to SPC arms at 500.00ish. I did not order these though, i have a set of SPC arms, just wanted to see total cost savings if they are the real deal and share the wealth!

Was just wondering, is anybody using these...??

I saw these when I was looking around before I picked up my SPC arms, from what I gathered they are old style SPC rebranded and sold by Mevotech. There are some updates to the newer SPC arms that are probably worth just paying the little extra have the piece of mind.

I dunno...

Even if it did have good welds, this joint does not exactly give a bundle of confidence.

Guess you have to assume the ball seat is steel, even though it looks like it's iron.

I have a 99 with the bilstein/OME lift and i used these mevotech arms. Every time i hit a bump the ball joint bottoms out on the way up and it makes a clunk. So annoying i wish i would have spent the extra money for better arms

Wonder if the SPC upgraded ball joints would fit the Mevotech arms?

A little over a bill and you could maybe fix your noise.

I dont know i was wondering the same thing. I see its an updated design but i want to be sure they do have better articulation before i buy them. If that fixes the noise then i would be happy with these arms.

Figured i'd provide a update to this. I just got these today from RockAuto and they're the newest SPC design. Fully cast flat arms with the newest bushings. They look 100% like legit SPC arms. Saved $250 buying these "Mevotech" arms over buying them somewhere else.

What Part Number is that? Or maybe I am just looking at outdated pics.
How is the ride on it? and do you have a lift?

Part numbers are MEVOTECH CMS861192 and MEVOTECH CMS861193. Just at the bottom of the control arm list. I'm lifted with King coilovers at the stock height they came at. The ride's been fine so far. No issues after going to moab and running a few trails.
