I have a 99 base (no stock fogs )

And im looking to get a set that will fit in my bumper.

Will this set from yellow and blue fit and mount up with ease ?
Toyota 4Runner SR5 Micro DE Fog Lamp Kit 74560 - Micro DE - Performance Lighting

Reason I ask is it says SR5, and as I looked under my bumper there really inst much to mount to.
Ive done alot of searching and it seems like the SR5 guys can pop them right in with no problem.

Will this kit mount easly to my base bumper aswell ?

Looks about the same as the factory stuff. If your valance has the holes for the lights, it looks pretty straight forward.

I agree. There is not much on my SR5 other than the hole and the harness plug. You might have to add some wiring if you don't have the plugs.

Is it possible to use this kit even if you dont have the holes in your valence. If I create my own holes can these be mounted.

I don't see why not. If it were me and I didn't have the holes and possibly not the wiring, I'd probably just go with a bumper mounted driving/fog light. The only real appeal to those you're looking at is the fact that they are pretty much plug and play.
