Ok. takes a good deal to impress me. my netflix viewer tries to upload the new windows media player and it scrambles my computer. I call microsoft.......sends to India. the tech spends three hours viewing and rearranging the tools on my computer and get's it done. I am on the wireless cell talking to him, while he on the wireless web working on my computer screen from India........in real instant time no lag....

simply amazing..............!!

Heh, this has been around a while. It is getting integrated into instant messaging programs as well and that is even cooler (although you will still have to call each other, unless you use the screen to type). I hear a lot of people like netflix, im glad they are around to stop people from getting screwed by blockbuster!

Yup, what did you guys use for remote control of your PC? Webex? Livemeeting? I've spent countless hours on tech support with MS/HP/Dell/VMWARE etc and the remote control tools out there make it much simpler to troubleshoot. They can actually see the problem real time instead of having to figure it out by what they're told.

I call over to India all the time to activate computers for my work. Just try and get them into to some nitty gritty tech support! They will make you pull your hair out! Gotta love the call centers.
