Mildew and mold with air conditioning

Hi, I have a 2006 toyota 4runner and I am having problems with a mildew and mold smell coming from air conditioning. Here is what I have done so far with no success. I have changed the cabin filter, checked the fan motor for debris, checked to make sure there wasn't a leak in the a/c drain hose, filled the evaporator with foaming cleaner and let sit for 15 minutes, sprayed lysol in cowl vents many times while letting the a/c run. One piece of info worth noting is that when the a/c runs, I do not get any water under the truck, which makes me think there is something wrong with the evaporator???? Also, the a/c does come out cold, so there is no problem with that. Looking for any advice on what to try next???? Problem gets worse with high humidity and rain. Thanks in advance

The problem isn't the evaporator, but the HVAC drain tube may actually be clogged. It is supposed to be a bit pinched off at the end to prevent bugs from making a home in there, but underbody coatings and mud etc. can clog it up.

If it gets worse during rain and humidity, recheck the CAF section and make sure you're not getting any excessive leaks around the wiper cowl.

Together, these will make a nasty mess.

Mike, thanks for the response. I took the ac drain tube off and made sure there wasn't anything clogged. I also put compressed air into the hole where the rubber drain tube connects to no avail before. Any other suggestions???
