Minimum Lift Needed for 255/80/17's with no rubbing?

A quick question I think. I have searched the forum and have read through the tire fitment guide as well as the two threads linked below but still haven't found the answer.

What is the minimum amount of lift I need to run 255/80/17's (Cooper ST Maxx) MOSTLY without rubbing issues?

Would a set of Bilstein's at 0.85 or some other setting work? I wouldn't mind perhaps a slight rub when maybe I was at full stuff and full steering lock but I DON'T want rubbing issues driving around town and pulling into a parking space. I'd like some additional ground clearance and wouldn't mind a small lift, but I'm not ready to go 3-inches up.

I'll be using the vehicle off-road mostly on trails in southern Colorado (think Alpine Loop) and other 'over landing' type trails; NOT heavy duty rock hopping.

I have slight rubbing at full lock turning left and in reverse, nothing major. I drive normally and take wider turns and have no rubbing. Im sure with some minor trimming you won't have any issues. Keep in mind I've yet to go off road with this setup, more than likely you'll get more rubbing. Nothing some front spacers and minor trimming couldn't fix I reckon. It will be a mystery as to what is getting rubbed at full lock because I don't care to fix the issue until after I lift her up.

The TRD wheels and stock wheels have different offsets and are different size so I can not give you info about stock wheels.

Should be able to fit on stock wheels by moving the front fender and removing the mud flap. Unless you are talking bracket drops or moving the bump stops, the normal lifts on t4rs won't help you fit larger tires. The tire still has the same arc and travel, just sits at a lower point in travel, normally. Once you start turning and compressing the suspension, there is no difference.
