Minimum starting voltage?

I don't have a LVCO yet and even though I have a 100Ah battery, I want to make sure I monitor it so I don't get into a pickle.

How low can I run the battery before I am pushing it?

Depends on many factors like how recent your engine was started, the type and size of battery, and the current temperature, but generally you don't want to go down past 12volts. 12.6 is full charge, 12.3 is half charge, 12.0 is 25% or less.

If you have an AGM or deep cycle you can go low on the charge with minimal damage, however you should never ever take a standard lead acid battery below 75% charge.

Usually i have the fridge shutoff at 11.9V (high setting), at 11.9V it starts up completely normal.

Just remember that voltage measured at the fridge is going to be lower than that at the battery. At the fridge you have the load with the resistance making the voltage seeming lower than it actually is.

My dometic will read low voltage occasionally even though the battery is still at 12.6+ Volts just because my wire gauge is too small.

Only if there is a load present, with no load, the voltage will read the same as it was directly at the battery.

The battery specs I used are from the C5 curve, at no load 12V on my AGM battery is only 20% discharged.

Also, I have less than 0.1V drop from the battery to the end of the fridge plug
