My 2000 with 140k on the clock. I have owned this one for 6 months.
During a VERY cold week, it sat outside at the airport for 4 days of single degree and sub zero...it fired up no problem but man-oh-man it took forever (like 15 mins) to stop running rough and struggling to smooth-out. Eventually, no prob.
Now, at idle I can feel it missing ever-so-slightly/idling irratically.
Is this just a matter of perhaps some plugs and wires? This was my brother's runner (orig owner) and while he took good care of it, I doubt he was every proactive about anything like tunes.
I just did timing belt/wtr pump/serp belts, brakes, shocks, and it has new BFG AT tires...and the tranny is rebuilt (yup).
Ideas on what to check regarding the "missing"....I hate to really call it that but it's a rough idle for sure...however minor.
Thanks...
