Minor squeek during idle.

Quick question:

I have a 2000 3.4L 4x4

At idle the engine has a slight squeek/squeel and goes away with added rpm's. I suspect the belt, but notice no wear or tear. Any ideas or belt replacement recommendations?

Another noise: While cruising at moderate speeds, when releasing the gas pedal and coasting, I can hear a funny "squiggly" noise upon releasing the throttle, and only when off the gas can it be noticed. Hard to explain the sound and a little lame but it is noticable and annoying. Any ideas? something simple I am missing?

UPDATE 1

Regarding the "squiggly noise" I noticed in 4x4 high, the sound is not present.

It has progressively become more noticable recently. It is a squeek/chirping/squiggle noise. ( sound comes from under the hood or around the forward wheel area ) I am suspecting a wheel bearing????? I may be way off........ANY IDEAS!?!?!?

Regarding the "squigly" noise, Yes that was the best way I could describe it.

Was lack of lubrication in the U-Joint. Once I found all 8 zerks, problem solved.
