Missing owners manuals new T4R

I am missing the warranty and maintenance book, quick reference guide, and warranty rights book on a brand new 4runner. I have everything else.
I have contacted my sales rep requesting he order these for me and he agreed, but wondering how this happened. Who puts them in the glove box, dealer or factory? Thinking maybe dealer forgot to put in everything.

usually they would go over it at delivery when they are walking you around for your final inspection before delivery. if they said they would get them for you i'm not sure why you are worried about it
