Whats up guys. Been a lurker for a long time and finally got my account unlocked. I'm a newb to the 4runner site... but have been a long time very active member at another site for my car... projectlancer.net. So by no means am I new to the forum world.
I've got a 05 GG SR5 2wd... yeah I wish it was four. Absolutely love the thing and hope to have a 4runner for the rest of my life.
Got the car when it had 20k on it back in 07... and we just rolled over 100k. Came a little early since we are in process of moving back to SoCal from MN now that my wife graduated from Veterinary School. I put 5000 miles on last month running out to Cali and back. The truck pulled a 6x12 enclosed trailer... loaded to the top and looking at the wear to the tires during the trip... it had to be atleast over 5k lbs. Plus had a nasty headwind so mpg was horrible... spent over $1000 on gas. ugh.
Not looking to do a lot of mods since its primarily the wifes vehicle... just mainly stay informed and keep up with maintenance. But I'm always open to mods....
