Just need to vent... Just found out that as of the end of August my job will no longer exist at my current employer....

sooooo if anyone knows of a Sr. Business Analyst, BA Manager, Project Manager or Program Manager position in the Indianapolis, IN area, please PM me.

Needless to say... until there is steady employment again, the mod budget is now transferred to the pay-the-bills budget.

Couple quick answers. First of all thanks everyone for the support! I really appreciate it.

PMP = Was promised certification this year, but obviously that's not happening anymore I did get my Microsoft Project certification a couple years back and would not expect any issues passing the PMP exam.

Relocation: My wife and I have discussed this, but she would like to try and stay in the area for 2 more years if possible. however, if nothing works out here, we're definitely open to relocation for the right offer. Her main concern is financial in that she makes good money now that she likely will not make elsewhere. plus selling the house here and relocation cost. don't want to be upside down financially after a move.

I have a couple irons in the fire and one is starting to look positive, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully my severance can go towards paying off my school loan instead of the grocery bill.
