Mod my 07 Sport front seats ?

One thing I'm not a big fan of is the seats in my 07 Sport.

Has anyone modified and or replaced the front seats to get a firmer more substantial seat ?

I had the seat adjusted in my old Tacoma. I had a guy that works on automotive seats and carpet add extra foam in the seat where i needed it to make the seat feel better. All the work was then recovered with the factory seat cover. To anyone but me you would never know what had been done.

I'm not that happy with my 04 Sport seat too. I've contemplated dropping in a Lexus seat. Not sure if this is pipe dreams, but I'm sure the tush would have thanked me for trying. Do you have side curtain airbags? I would imagine the harness connection might complicate a swap.

That's interesting. Do you know how much foam and what thickness etc....?

I thought about getting seats out of a totaled Limited (if I could find one). Not sure I have the energy to do the leg work of making that happen. Other than leather, I'm not sure the Limiteds are any better seats comfort wise. Lexus yes, but that scenario has a whole bunch of other things to consider.
