Mod Needed for Headlights

MA has a new law, if the wipers are on, the headlights must be on. Anyone know a mod to make this happen automatically?

I plan to add this to my runner to have auto on and off headlights, but it has the functionality of turning the headlight when wipers are on.

I've been thinking about looking into this just because I think it is a good idea.
First, you can put factory OEM automatic on headlights in your truck very easily. Check out my thread - Auto headlights.
Then you get into the part about having the wipers turn on with the headlights. I wonder if there are any programming options that the dealer could adjust. Alternatively, I'm thinking about looking at setting up a circuit that tricks the system into thinking it is dark when the wipers go on. Should be the cleanest install but I've haven't started looking at it.
