Modifying Tacoma Bumper to Fit 4Runner?

[GA-v8]

Doing some research I've seen that a few people have fit 01 - 04 Tacoma bumpers on 4th gens. Specifically a few cheaper steel Ebay bumpers, and I've seen an ARB as well.

Anyone have a link or know the steps to making this work? Thanks in advance.

Why don't you got with a proven bumper that says it's made to fit the 4th gen? Why try to swap Tacoma?

probably because they cost like 100% more money (i forget the exact figures)
