Got myself a 4Runner on Christmas Eve (a '99, no leather or V6, but it does have 4WD and 78,000 miles).
So far has been good, with some minor problems that I've also seen mentioned here (clock on dash going out, small surge when stopped at a light), but now have a problem that made me register.
Went shopping today and as I was unloading stuff from the back I looked under the mat and noticed it was wet. Finished unloading and pulled it all the way up and it was wet enough to get me worried. Dried things off and left the mat off so the rug could air dry some.
I didn't drive it much this weekend, and it has been raining around here (of course). Not sure if there is a leak somewhere or if it's just condensation. The windows and other areas are fine, it's just under the mat in the cargo area that I've found moisture.
Did a search and couldn't find any other posts with this problem. Anyone have this happen to them or have any idea what happened? Thanks.
