Moisture in Headlight Housing

I have recurring moisture in my drivers side headlight housing. I assume there is someplace air is getting in. Anyone have experience fixing this. My T4R is a 2008 Limited.

Also, my truck is still under warranty, wonder if they would replace it?

If I remove one of the bulbs and stick a compressor hose in, I can remove the moisture in 10 mins, but it always returns.

I'd bring it into the dealer with the condensation inside, so they can see it and get it replaced for it. Most likely is a problem with the seal.

Its the passenger side on my Limited.

I have seemed to get rid of it, but not until after a lot of trials and errors.

Lastly, I took a hairdryer (my usual method) on medium, air directed in the lowbeam socket, out through the highbeam socket. I left it there for over an hour to heat things up and dry them out. All is clear.

THEN

I secued the bulbs so that they could not be damaged, but drove for a warm, sunny day to allow everything to get back to normal temp and all. For over a month now I am clear.

Probably won't stay, but out of warranty as I am, I will just keep doing my method for a while.

If they don't fix it under warranty, You could take the headlight assembly off and put it in your oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. That will soften the glue and you can either press it back together and reseal or add more sealant. I've done that before when I painted the inside of the headlight black. Not the lens, but the assembly part. I did not have to add more sealant either.

I noticed this same issue in an 06 Sport I test drove, but so far so good in my 06 Limited. I had teh same problem in my previously owned Corolla in the fog lights.
