Moisture inside doors?

Putting BXT II and Ensolite from Raam audio on the 4Runner and when I took the panels off there was moisture inside the doors.
A little bit beaded on the inside of the moisture barrier and on the inside of the door's exterior. Nothing on the interior side so guess the moisture barrier is doing it's job.
Nothing major just looked like dew.
It has been raining like a b*tch here lately and just curious if it was normal.
I also put Weather tech wind visors on the 4Runner and wonder if that might be the problem.

The area between the door skin and the moisture barrier is not sealed to the elements. There are drain holes in that area.
