Need to take some Liqui Moly pills for that insomnia. They work well.

In recovering my front seats two years ago my foam was still good.....

shipping from O'Canada to the freedom lands may substantially add to the price.

+ I did not call on it but a lot of places will list a part and once you order it they send you an email back and say the part is not available. That is why I usually call on seat foams now. they just list everything and will only check to see if they can get it after you order. they are really middle men.

if I was you I would get it and put it in a safe dry place, waiting 5 years when it's value will double and retire on the windfall!
 
That Ebay price is $25-30 cheaper than I paid last year at Olathe Toyota.
Pics look like it's a good replica molding of cushion, sometimes ya gotta let go of the dollars.
I've been playing around with a electric carving knife and closed cell foam
to replace foam for back seat bottoms I'm gettin there. Had attemped this on fronts, the hang up is the the wire molded into cushion for bolsters.
 
Seems like a gamble for a $30 savings. Might be cheaper foam that lasts 2 years before becoming a pancake. Considering upholstery costs I'm not sure the risk is worth it on a daily driven vehicle.

Perhaps, but don't forget your dollar is worth about 1.3 to ours, so that's like 90 bucks US. I bet camelback has comparable prices on the US side too.

Edit- not even sure if the place I listed will ship to the US, I just pulled up the price from "my" supplier.

Man, I wish I would have found this last week. I would have given it a try. I had ordered/installed it from Camelback for a few dollars more. [MENTION=271883]T4topher[/MENTION], [MENTION=133074]anniesball72[/MENTION] check it out..

Eh for 30$ more I’d take the peace of mind knowing that my OEM foam should last another 20 years or so.. the eBay one looks fine but I probably wouldn’t try it unless it was like 70$ or less Imo..

Nice I just did this on the bottom of my front passenger seat, worked great.. I didn’t have to replace much foam though so I didn’t get into the wire part your talking about. Here’s a pic..

The OEM foam I bought in 2017 was really soft and gooey. If the aftermarket foam is firmer, it'd be worth a few dollars more, IMO.

I just got it and I'm sending it back because it does not have the cross metal for doing the middle hog clips

the foam is good quality and it's a little bit more dense than the factory stuff I got last year, I think.

I would think you definately need that cross bar. The OEM foam that is still available does not have the bars extending to the front from the cross bar you have circled. But I didn't need them as there are plenty of hog ring securing locations otherwise.

The ebay item advertised as having them... and the OEM foam I got last year had them as well. To me this is either 1 of 2 things.

#1 they ran a batch of seat cushions and somebody messed up and they are just sending them out hoping people don't send them back or complain.

#2 they just don't care @ all?

For 125$ it’s going back because it does not match what was advertised. Either the eBay power seller makes it right or gives me my $ back and I will order a Toyota one.

Can you tell where this thing is made? If it's from China it might even be cheaper on AliBaba.
