what are the lumens on those..? these look so awesome.! they look like HID head lights... lol

Honestly i don't even know the lumens. I just know they are brighter than i imagined, which is awesome. Shoot Mark [MENTION=67365]Whitebeauty[/MENTION] a pm and he could probably give you the specs on them

I changed out the two single Hanma LED lights, i had mounted under the rear for extra reverse lighting, to two 2x6 Hanma LED lights. This is what the 2x6 flood lights look like (thanks [MENTION=50591]gaterose[/MENTION] for the pic).



Sorry for the crummy phone pics. I have them mounted on both sides of the spare tire. There are already threaded holes in those locations.


Here is night shot with the camera on the ground so you can actually see them.


This shot is from a normal level. From this level it almost looks like the high powered LED bulbs in my tail light housings are throwing out all that light.


One of the main thing i like about these lights are that you really don't see them until i put the truck in reverse.

BTW have you considered blacking out the fogs? I think that would look really good

I appreciate that but there is still a ways to go till the end of the month.

I actually bought a set of used turn signals and fogs to black out but had some issues during the process and scrapped it. I have actually thought about going to some Lamin-x tint film. Their "tint" shade is the lightest shade, which would give the lights a slightly smokey look. Just not sure what i will do next.

Having the lights on the rear like that is great and nice out of the way area. Just the right height needed for there purpose. Nice job there Morris.

Hesitate doing something like this as I would run something over and they wouldn't be there when needing them.

I had my 04, a clean ride like yours and others. Never modded it like this one, but, bought it new from the lot also. Some of the damages it took on them dirt trails made me do the build on this one. I miss the stock, clean looking ride at times. There just a great driving machine when they are left alone.

Great build thread man, really pushing me to making the purchase of my first 4Runner.

How has the V8 been to you? If you don't mind saying, how many miles do you have on it? I'm only really concerned with the timing belt now that i just found out the V8 is an interference motor.
