I think that is stretching it but i really appreciate that. Besides my wife, kids and dogs, this is my favorite thing to mess around with.

Thanks! It is a [MENTION=77764]Whitson Metalworks[/MENTION] rack. Josh builds them in Miton, FL. I am not sure of the full price. Josh and I had been working on some projects together so it was a little different deal. Here is a thread on the 4th gen racks. His father passed away today so he will probably be slow getting back to any pm's but he will get back to you

Morris, have to say, that turn out the best I have seen them with the extra touches.

I don't even have a factory cross bars on mine, and been searching for a removable setup to do. After seeing how Josh did a low profile for you, might have to reconsider a removable setup. Light bar set inside with just enough protection.

If you don't mind getting a photo of the rack in the rear section, showing the distance from the end of rack, to the top/rear of the roof line, and take a measurement, it would be appreciated. I have my cb antenna mounted in the back on the roof. This just might seal the deal for me.

Yep, that is what I used after I did a full paint restoration, with all the polishes and such. All the Adam's Polishes and waxes are good stuff

They are just some extra hooking points for bungy cords and such. He has them on all his racks but could leave them off if you wanted

Hey Morris! I have a quick and probably silly question, but, do you by chance know the name of the type of side steps you have on your rig? I know they're the tube kind, which is what I've been leaning more toward instead of sliders, I just don't know what or where to search for them.

And my second question...do you have any plans for the old roof rack? :wink2:

Those are the Toyota step tubes that came on the later 4th gens. I see them come up every once in a while in the classifieds section. You might also check craigslist.

Oh awesome, that will make it easier to find the steps, I'm going to be keeping a look out for them.

And no worries about the roof rack, I'm sure its going to look sweet on A_Hul's truck! I'm going to scope out ebay for one similar now, I really like your old one, kinda fits bettet with the style I have in mind for my rig.
