I finally got it onto an RTI ramp. The bottom of the tire was 53" off of the ground before any other tire began to lift. I probably could have removed the limit straps and gone a little higher, but it was not worth the effort. With my wheelbase that equates to a RTI number of 1206.

What does high score mean, you know high score, is that bad? Whats that mean? Did I break it? Great movie and bad a$$ rig

A ramp travel index of 1000 on a 20 degree ramp was considered as about as good as it got for leaf sprung vehicles. Now it is common to see crazy high numbers on buggys and truggys. The higher the number, the better the flex.
The idea is that the higher you can lift a wheel without lifting another one, then the rig will have better traction and can work better off road. I think that after you get past a certain point there is no more benefit.

I think my 4runner would score about 10. IFS=NO FLEX, maybe if i backed up an rti ramp LOL

Yea but mainly sand and snow stuff. I got some 37" paddles and mohawks for it. Ill take it up some moderate rocks but nothing extreme. Kinda built a replacement for this one.

Sent the front axle back to Exaxt for repairs. The passenger side front CTIS rotation union was leaking and causing gear lube to be pushed out of the inner-portal seal. Just a defective union but since it is all custom I sent it back to Exact. Once I get it back I'll be good to go again. It is complete and I've been wheeling it.

I was told to come here.. i really want to sell my 4runner. im expecting another baby and with the complications i am having i cannot keep it. its got a straight axle w 5.29 gears front and rear, has a detroit rear locker and a total of 9 inch suspension lift with 35 inch tires. has cold air intake and and exhaust. axle has been trussed as well and have TG shackles in the rear. I really hope i can get somewhere with posting this and if anyone would like to see photos i can send them. i was asking 5000 but at this point will take 4600 just to be done with it. thanks so much! my email is [email protected]
