Moon Roof Failure

Hey guys, my moon roof was working fine yesterday. Now today I went to open it and it makes a small clicking noise but nothing happens. Any ideas or experience?

My first thoughts were either the motor or short...but if there was a short there wouldn't be a click, and if it was the motor I wouldn't think it would just all-of-a-sudden stop working, right?

IIRC the gear that comes off the motor is made of nylon. It may be worn down.

yeup the nylon gear is stripped out
