Moon Roof no longer opens automatically

This may be due to the hell im going through with my recently installed Nav unit. Any answers as to why my moon roof won't open automatically anymore guys?

Sometimes the moonroof loses the auto function (probably from disconnecting the battery). To fix it, press and hold the tilt up button and keep holding it for a few seconds after it tilts up completely. Then let go of the button. It should be reset.

reinitialize it.

try by "pressing and holding" the open moon roof until it open fully and then "press and holding" close moon roof. the same goes for your power windows and rear window as well.
