moonroof elctrical delema

I have a 99 t4r SR5,rig has a reconstructed title. The dinks that did [i guess you could call it body work]cut the power to any thing that they had to remove!I've got everything hooked back up but,the 4 pin plug located somewhere near the fuse panel i've looked everywhere help please?

Did you check the very top of the Fuse box? on the back side. Post a picture of said plug, this might help too.
