Moonroof wont reset

I have a 03 4Runner V6 that had the battery replaced. The moon roof quit workin about the same time, I assume it needs to be reset accordin to the TSB. I tried it, no luck. I turned the key to the on position, then tried to press and hold each button for at least 10 seconds. No luck. I know the TSB says hold the tilt up button, but I dont know which one that is...there are 5 Buttons, a 1, 2, C Arrow pointin Back, Arrow pointin forward.

Any ideas???

5 buttons? My moonroof button is the button in-between the maplights.

Nope this the one that came with the car I think, but I bought it used in 2005 coming off a lease

I have the same one, it's a Webasto.
Mine doesn't work either after the battery got pulled?
