It would be nice if the OR or ORP would come with some lower level bilsteins, skid plate, and the 17" forged faux bead lock TRD wheels. just enough to be different than the pro but enough of a difference from an sr5.

doesn't it already have a skid plate, just not one stamped with TRD on it?

I don't want their skinny wheels but it probably should have better shocks but then... a lot of people would want to replace them anyway and wouldn't want to be uncharged even more for an OR

Yep, the t-force package is poser-ish to me but I'm sure a lot of people who never plan on doing anything with the truck think it looks cool.

As far as I'm concerned they can keep pumping out the current BOF 5th Gen with minor upgrades for as long as possible.

Nobody here knows for sure, but based on trends and fuel consumption standards, it would make sense that the next 4Runner could be unibody.

Cavalry Blue for the TRD PRO is the only new color.

I like how Toyota switched the Trail name to TRD off road to better align with the Tacoma and Tundra trim levels but those vehicles get different suspensions while the 4Runner doesn't. Lol
There's room for something between the SR5 and PRO suspension wise in my opinion.

I was behind an odd little crossover yesterday and suddenly realized it was a Nissan Pathfinder. Holy crap that is a depressing sight. There was no DNA from the original left.

I 100% agree with the Pathfinders, I have been driving a 2000 for almost 9 years and after that generation I'm like wtf happened lol It's really sad though...

My brother in Colorado has a 1989 Nissan Pathfinder that's still chugging along. Great design, hell of an engine. Somewhere around 250K miles.

Nissan does not care about off road or anything, only sales. This shows towards the bottom that sales doubled when the unibody model came out in 2013. Nissan Pathfinder Sales Figures - GOOD CAR BAD CAR
Toyota will probably not care either if they can double sales.

Funny, because a couple of us were talking about how the Pathfinder is no more. My co-worker has her late mom's 2012 LE and its a beaut (the last year of the true Pathfinder). The Pathfinder and Xterra complimented each other extremely well in my opinion. Now, for all intents and purposes, neither exist.

I just sold mine on Sunday, it had 230k and no issues other than stuff that was probably original or almost original and was wearing out. Was in amazing condition, I'm sooooo sad it's gone but moving across the country next month and wasn't cost effective to bring it with. :cry2::cry2::cry2::cry2:
