Seems like theres never anyone on this board. What's the deal with that? Is there always never responses to new threads?

I have been a guest on this board for almost a year and a half. I have also noticed that it has really slowed down here. I think everyone went over to ih8mud.com. Or Thai just kicked everyone off of here. hahahah. j/k Thai

People looking and people posting are two different things. You can't deny this board could use some "action". That "other" 4Runner board has over a half million posts while this one still has yet to hit 90,000 in three years. Yes,I'm on that board too and I'm not saying anything malicious about this one but this one is a bit slow but seems to be picking up lately but it needs more "active" members.
This board seems to favor the 4th gens and since they are only a fews years into this gen the ownership base is growing;also the emphasis on this board isn't exactly catering to the 4wd crowd and the "other" board isn't really for the 20"+ wheel crowd.
I don't look at the boards being in competition with each other since they are quite different but it's nice to hear other's opinions since "popular" opinions can dominate just one board.
I know this will ruffle some feathers (and create some activity
: ) but it's how I see it.

No feathers ruffled from my perspective - I think both boards complement each other well and I can say that at the admin level this board has good relations with YT. My only purpose in bringing up the other board was to address Austeek's statement that "theres never anyone on this board" - we just hit 4,000 members so someone must be on

I was using sarcasm in the statement of more moderators than viewers. I was just seeing how other people felt. I've been a viewer for a few months but recently started posting.
I'm just throwing out there if others felt the same way as I did, that there wasn't much activity. Well, I'm speaking about the 3rd generation forum, atleast.

Ya, I guess I must of been whining cause I was stating some questions. Could I refer you to my rule, don't take everything personally.
